Elegante struttura sul lago,pulitissima, dotata di parcheggio coperto. Suite con grande soggiorno , angolo cottura, camera molto confortevole. Bagno con apparecchi modernissimi...unico neo, come in tutti gli alberghi extra europei (meglio , italiani) la mancanza del bidet, che per la civiltà anglosassone dev'essere un accessorio inutile.||Vista sul lago e sulle colline eccezionali. Personale efficiente e discreto.||Consigliabile.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Watermark Resort in a 2 bdrm unit. It was very comfortable in size and facilities. All the kitchen equipment you could possibly need. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. We had a small problem with a/c but maintenance fixed it very quickly. The pool and hot tubs were great as it was extremely hot weather. The resort is very close to many wineries and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Boston Pizza attached to resort is very handy. Good value for the price we would definitely recommend it and stay again.

We loved our stay here with our family. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The suite was big and comfortable. We loved the big private balcony that included a BBQ. My husband and I sat on the balcony in the evenings after putting the kids to bed. It was lovely and peaceful. ||||The beds were incredible. I wanted to take the bed home with me. ||||We will be back!

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. This was our first stay and we were in TownHouse 26, Sep 11-15. This is our 4th stay in Osoyoos and we regularly stay at the Spirit Ridge Resort but decided we wanted to be closer to the town centre as we were not going to prepare our dinner meals and just go out (after all, I"M ON VACATION!!). ||The Watermark Beach Resort Townhouses are extremely spacious! We had a 2 bedroom TH and even the 2nd bedroom was large enough to have a King-Sized bed and it's own TV. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped with your basic pots, pans and utensils. Complementary Tea and Coffee, Creamers, Laundry Soap, Dishwasher Tablets, Dishwashing Liquid were also provided. A housekeeping service was available to make beds, exhange towels, dish cloths, dish towels etc., on a daily basis. ||The bathrooms are modern and clean, and again, extremely spacious. Our main bedroom was massive, but a bit barren as it seemed to be missing maybe a small table and some chairs? It would be a nice touch to have that. The empty space could probably accommodate another pullout couch or crib, it was that big. ||We noticed that there were no dresser drawers, and that was a bit puzzling as the bedrooms were certainly spacious enough to have them. The closets were ample. Could have a few more hangers available, though. The hallway closet on the landing did not have any hangers available, but it was nice to have a closet there to house shoes and bike helmets or sports gear.||It was such a peaceful setting to look out onto the pathway and lake. We enjoyed our morning coffees and breakfasts doing just that. Just a note that TH 26 did not have ground floor access to the beach/pathway area, however, we did find it was much more private and that we really preferred that. I think the end units are all similar layout in that the outdoor eating area is above ground (as in the 3rd floor).| |We brought our e-Bikes with us and although a locked bike storage area is available in the garage, we felt somewhat disconcerted that we were not given any claim tags for the bikes. Each bike could be locked to a rack within the storage facility, however, any guest could claim he/she had a bike in storage and take any bike that wasn't physically locked without having a claim tag to prove it. ||Luckily, the entry way in our TH was large enough to be able to store our 2 bikes, so we felt more secure having the bikes in our unit. ||Would I stay here again? HECK YES!!! The concierge person Christina was lovely and very efficient. And our interactions with all the other team members at the Front Desk were very positive, the staff are extremely friendly and prompt. They acknowledged us even if they were engaged with another person on the phone or at the desk so we never felt neglected or ignored. Such great service!!||We will most certainly be returning. Thank you again!

We originally booked a city view but when we arrived I new I wanted to upgrade to a lake view. I spoke with Angela at the front desk and she got the manager Pooja Shah involved and they made it happen even though the hotel was very busy. The room was great as were the grounds and the Bistro 15 Restaurant on site was excellent. We had a great time.

This is a good hotel with a really nice location. It is right on the lake and central to the town with various amenities within walking distance. I rated it a 3 star as I feel the prices are too high here. The nightly rate was $735 per night (taxes included) and the hotel was not that busy over the August long weekend. Also, their check-in time is 5pm. I have never been to a hotel with this late of a check-in time. I arrived at around 2:45pm and was told that I would have to wait until 5pm to check-in. While the manager was great and was able to resolve this issue, I thought it was odd to have a check-in time this late, especially when the check-out time is 11am.

We ate at the Park restaurant and the food was okay. Again, it is expensive here for what you get. We did check out the restaurant at the Burrowing Owl winery and the food was way better and lower priced.

Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the amenities and service were really good. If their price was about $200 per night less, I think it would be worth it.

During the high season, we cannot afford to stay in such hotels, but this time we were incredibly lucky: there were a few rooms left in Watermark at a good price and, what is important for us, they are pet friendly!||The amazing hospitality of Olena and Angela at the reception amazed the imagination of our Ukrainian guests. The room itself is superbly equipped, it has new appliances and furniture, it is sparkling clean and smells nice. Everything is in excellent condition.||We enjoyed a wonderful weekend and had a delicious gourmet Thanksgiving dinner at 15 Park Bistro. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic rooms! Tasty food. Lovely personnel. Warning Not quiet. If you are hoping for peace while lounging on your balcony…this is NOT the place for you. Senseless screaming from the pool. Piercing. Other than that…perfect. Should we return we will stay in the townhouses as they do not surround the pool. Stayed five nights.
