Grazie alla struttura albino abbiamo soggiornato nella piazza più bella di Lecce godendoci la festa patronale! La camera era molto grande accogliente pulita e massima disponibilità per il nostro bambino piccolo di cinque mesi! grazie per la vostra accoglienza, saremo di nuovo vostri ospiti alla prossima occasione!

This so-called B&B is among the worst places I have ever stayed. My photos of the room will show that this property is neglected and dirty, carelessly maintained, and while this property seems to have several rooms around the piazza, the room I was given was not shown on the web site, or on Hotels.com.||My room had one window, 15 feet off the floor (at ceiling level) that offered no ventilation. The A/C unit was on winter mode, so only produced heat in the stiflingly hot room. It took hours to get someone to come and fix that, and also bring a fan. This cooled the room down, but the lack of natural light made it feel like a cell.||The bathroom was pretty awful. The fixtures were all corroded, including the shower head. The closet was dirty and I had to clean it myself before I was willing to put my clothes into it. Fortunately, one of the towels I was give had a big nasty stain on it (looked like blood, but it might have been makeup I guess) so I was able to use it to clean. The other towels were thin and frayed and in desperate need of replacement. The pillows were so old and flat I had to stack 3 just to get a little support. And the sheets had holes in them. It is painfully clear that no one cares about this property or spends any money or energy maintaining it.||The location is actually pretty good, which is why I chose it in the first place, but it can be very noisy at night, particularly when the restaurants in the area are cleaning up and dumping their bottles into the recycling.||I did contact Hotels.com about the issues, and they told me there was nothing they could do beyond contacting the property, which they then admitted they were unable to accomplish. And as a final note, I'll say that I wrote an extensive review of the property for the Hotels.com site, including the poor service I was give by Hotels.com. My review mysteriously disappeared. When I contacted them to ask about it, they told me to write it again, but when I went back to the site, the option to review the property was gone. Hotels.com obviously does not want anyone seeing anything negative about their service, or for anyone to reveal how deceptive their listings can be.||This was truly a terrible experience, and it definitely affected any chance I had of really enjoying a beautiful city. It's easy to say "you can't believe everything you see on the internet" but the extent of the deception that led me to book this room was unforgivable.

Located on the most popular piazza in central Lecce, modern rooms in a historical building, across from an excavated Roman gladiator arena. Lots to do within walking distance. About a kilometer from the central train station. No 24-hour front desk but staff responds quickly to questions and is very helpful and accommodating. Best to contact by SMS text, WhatsApp, or phone because their email sends many messages to the spam folder.

What an amazing place! The room and the view from our balcony in the Pizzicata room was incredible. Imagine getting up in the morning and have this beautiful plaza and a Roman Theater thousands of years old in perfect view. The room includes an Italian style breakfast in the owners restaurant downstairs, also overlooking the plaza (de Oronto). Our host Ms. Grimaldi was fantastic, she made some great restaurant recommendations and was always so helpful in making sure we were satisfied with our stay. I highly recommend Alvino Suite and Breakfast when in Lecce.

What a wonderful place to stay! I would book again in an instant! Alvino is gorgeous and brand new. Our room was very large with an entire wardrobe area to unpack. The bathroom was big and beautiful. Definitely luxurious! A total bonus was our balcony with a wonderful view of the piazza and Anfiteatro Romano. Just beautiful! I highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting Lecce!|And as for Lecce - it is definitely a place to visit. Beautiful, clean and lively!!! A delicious restaurant is Doppio Zero.

Splendido Bed & Breakfast nel pieno centro di Lecce sulla splendida piazza dell'anfiteatro. Siamo passati un solo giorno, ma abbiamo potuto godere a pieno della città e dell'atmosfera, splendida camera, ampia e curata, ci è toccata "La Pizzicata" con uno splendido soffitto. Non siamo riusciti a incontrare la proprietaria,che però ci ha dato telefonicamente tutte le istruzioni e informazioni. Palazzina caratteristica esperienza da ripetere.

Based on the Alvino Suites listing pictures we booked a suite with 2 levels and 2 queen beds. Both levels had views of the piazza and balconies. When we checked in, the apartment that we were given had only 1 level, 1 queen bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Both had very bad mattresses and neither were made up. The listing says that breakfast is included, however we were only given vouchers for 5 euros per person. We contacted the host who said that the suite we booked was only for families so she gave us a different apartment. When we complained, she refused to refund our deposit. Since this was not what we booked, we left and found better accommodations in a hotel. Altogether it was a bad experience. We recommend staying somewhere else.

Great location over the main square. Above a very busy fab cafe of the same name where you go for breakfast. Italian breakfast mainly a sweet affair. English spoken in both the cafe and B&B.
