Just came back from this resort and I must say it was a beautiful relaxing vacation. The bar tenders were amazing. Our only complaint was there was no bar by adult pool and the food menu and the entertainment. Maybe a show after dinner. I understand they are still under renovation so we will return once the renovation is completed. Hopefully at least a small bar near the adult pool. Overall enjoyed ourselves and very relaxing. We will return. Thank you for everything.

Everyone that we interacted with was so kind, happy and inviting. We arrived right after hurricane Milton and yes they do have a lot of things under construction but we had the best time. Our experience was so relaxing and wonderful. The food at the buffet was all really good and the drinks were also great. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Obviously the outside looks a little dated but it's a work in progress. We can't wait to come back and experience everything they have to offer when they are finished. There are 2 pools open and one hot tub that was open by the adult pool. They had multiple bars open for drinks.

Excellent staff! Very kind and accommodating to every need. Food was very good. The pools are absolutely beautiful! Rooms are very spacious and we had a great view of the bay from our balcony. The surrounding areas are also very nice to explore. We especially enjoyed the local thrift shops and the Navy SEAL Museum. Jensen Beach was also lovely. This resort is in the process of renovations, but I would definitely come back here again.

Went on a gals pickleball getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only 4 stars due to remodeling, but the price is reflective! Yes, there's construction but it didn't affect us. The property is older and the unfinished buildings reflect that. However, our room was remodeled with nice flooring, new bed/bedding, mini coffee maker and beverage fridge, marble counters and the new shower was also great. Two separate sinks and a very large (still dated) closet. So the room was great, except they haven't added new lighting yet which made the room dark. Room was very comfortable though.|Every Staff member was extremely polite and friendly and always offered the sign of hospitality to us. The Chef MADE the restaurant. A lot of delicious food choices, yes buffet, but beautifully presented. They have a great fruit vendor, all so fresh and sweet. There's a nice coffee bar and barista. And the dining room was beautifully remodeled too, overlooking the large resort pool. |For fun, there was a steel drum player on the pool deck, corn hole games and ping pong tables near the bar. Comfortable upholstered sitting areas made it nice for relaxing out of the sun. We played pickleball and had a wonderful instructor. The water fitness instructor, Dana, was a lot of fun. Loungers around the pool are all new. Loved the music and the pool area with beautiful lighting and firepit at nighttime. The Infinity pool was gorgeous, right on the bay. Ideal for adults only., very quiet and serene. |There will be a lot more activities when more rooms are done and more people come to visit. They must have an onsite teaching school because in the very back are many tennis courts and soccer fields with lots of teens taking instruction. |I would love to come back next year to see the finished property.

This resort is under construction but you can tell it will be a stunner! We recently stayed for 2 days after the hurricane knocked out our power. We used to stay here when it was a Club Med property and I was delightfully surprised to see how many improvements have already been made. The guestrooms have been updated and are attractive, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pools have also been redone and they are beautiful - very clean and the lounges are comfortable and in perfect shape. The food service is limited compared to what it was (and will be) but the meals were attractively presented, service was impeccable and very friendly, options were varied, and food quality was high. Lucie's food truck had incredible drinks and lighter bites throughout the day.

Very much enjoyed this vacation. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was 2 great pools and a hot tub. We knew about the renovations and they didn't affect us at all there was no noise this was the quietest hotel I have stayed in by far. The rooms were huge and very clean same with bathroom very big. The views from the room were beautiful! Ac worked perfectly, food was diverse and amazingly good most was made to order right in front of you and there was a second place to eat a food truck on the sand. My only problem was they advertised as a beach and it was more of a bay and no one did any kayaking or sailing while we were there. Other then that great vacation.

We had a great time for our anniversary at Sandpiper Bay. Positives: The service from all staff was pleasant and very friendly. The food truck Lucy's was fast and food was good for a quick snack. The cucumber mint cooler was an amazing drink. The email bartender at the adults only infinity pool was amazing and down to earth. The bartenders right outside the buffet, next to the ping pong table were great also. Negatives: There were not many bad things to say except 2 things. When you have a day pass and you get in the lake or the pool, there was not a place for people to take a shower and change clothes. We asked the front desk and they said they only have the bathroom to use. I hope this changes like other All inclusive resorts in which they let you use the SPA to take a shower and change clothes. Or possibly if the resort is not packed. Have 1 room available to go change in. The 2nd thing that is probably part of the renovation plan is to have a true walk way through or around the sand that connects the 2 pools. Instead of walking through the rooms to get there. And the rooms on the 1st floor with sand out front should have a gate that can be opened and closed because people can look into the rooms and possibly walk in on someone in the rooms. I'm not saying anyone will just walk in a room, but the rooms need more privacy. Overall, had a great time and we will be back with more people

The property was clean but pretty basic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good. In addition there was plenty of it for the big appetites. The bars and bar tenders were very good as well.

I did not give the property a full 5 stars due to it being dated. The complex (at least some of it) was built in 1975 according to the date in the concrete. Everything was pretty plain and basic including the landscaping (I was told this is an old “Club Med” property). We were also told golf was included, however that was not the case. Considering all of the amenities, it was well worth the price point we paid.

With all of that said, there were various renovations being performed at several areas around the complex. Most likely landscaping is in the future plans.

I believe this will be a very nice property when the renovations are completed.
