Overall great experience! At first it looked a bit scary, but once I reminded myself that it’s Italy, it was great! The service was great! Everyone was super helpful and lovely. They gave us great tips for food and transportation.
The rooms had ameneties that other hotels we visited didn’t have.
It was a bit loud at first, as it’s right next to the airport, but after a short time it turned into white noise.
In addition there are multiple city busses that come from the centre of Naples and stop right next to the hotel.
Great place! Truly recommend!

Returning from a wedding in Ravello, needed a hotel close to the Naples airport for one night, this worked perfectly for us. Using the secured entrance at the rear of the hotel, we easily walked DIRECTLY TO OUR TERMINAL the next morning in about SEVEN MINUTES! Significant time and money saving. Included breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. But what made this hotel really special for us was the very impressive hospitality of DANIELLA and, especially, CIRO. Warm, friendly, and helpful to these first-time travelers to Europe. They are what made it a great property to us.

Nice rooms and location is perfect if your flight is the next morning. The soundproofing is awful although. You can hear everything from everywhere. Rooms were very well equipped (toothbrush with toothpaste, towels, slippers) which is a big plus.

Hotel is convenient for the airport. But - if you need wifi, make sure you don't get a room at the end off the corridor, or you will have no reception. They wouldn't change my room, saying the hotel was full, although I have not seen or heard one single other person since I arrived.|Rooms are OK in size, but old, tired, with cracked and mouldy tiles in the bathroom.

Good sized room, well-appointed and comfy. Check-in was rapid and efficient. Very close to the airport. While not luxurious, it is quiet and very good value if you want to be near the airport.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed there recently when I had a flight cancellation and I didn't want to deal with taxis anymore. I was happy that it was walkable from the airport. I booked what I was told was a double room @ 269 sqft, more than enough space for a solo traveler. What I got was far from that. It was around $150 US to essentially sleep in a closet. The room was unappealing and uncomfortable, and there was a blood stain on the sheets. I tried reaching out through the booking agency I used, and the hotel didn't even have the decency to proffer a response. Cabs in Naples from the airport are pricey for sure...but treat yourself to a nicer place elsewhere and STAY AWAY from this hotel.

It is cheap and this clearly shows but it is walkable from the airport, everything works and great for someone on a tight budget who only wants a bed and shower. It’s my second stay now and I will definitely consider the hotel again in the future due location and price.
The AC was excellent, the WIFI ok but the rooms are noisy - I could hear every cough of the guest in room next door.

We stayed one night as we knew our flight would arrive too late in the evening to hire a car & continue our journey. What a great decision this was.just a 15min wal from the airport, or take the free car hire shuttle mini bus. There is a gate entrance to the hotel to the left next to the car hire row of booths. This wasn't working so we took the 3-4 min walk to the front entrance. The nearby area & buildings across the main road is quite run down but don't let that put you off. A lovely lady at reception checked us in , there is a €9 local room tax to pay. Our double room was very good, kingsize bed, desk, free wifi clean & cosy. nice ensuite and all water nice & warm shower pressure good. Quite room as ours overlooked the car hire compound, just heard the odd plane taking off, but you close to the airport so didn't disturb us. Continental breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of croissants, cakes , cereals, yoghurt toaster,cold meets & cheese. Coffee maker good quality. We were worried having read some of the previous reviews but we needn't have been ,we will come again if we have a late flight arrival or an early flight needing an overnight stay. Perhaps yes it's a 3*++, not a UK 4* but at this price we're not complaining.
