La perfezione dell'interno della casa, unita alla disponibilità della proprietaria mi fanno sentire come e forse meglio di casa mia. Un aperitivo di benvenuto esemplare e genuino, una prima colazione completa e genuina, pulizia ineccepibile e qualità dei prodotti di prima scelta assommata agli accessori quali camera da letto e bagno (anche se piccolo) fanno di questa struttura un punto da raccontare. Panorama stupendo

We spent 3 nights here in late June when the weather was hot. This place would be difficult to find if you didn't research before going but, once found, it is an ideal location to investigate Cannobio and this beautiful lake. It's a 2 minute walk to the centre and the ferry boats. There's an abundance of restaurants. Our host was waiting on the balcony, shouting directions at us. He was a constant source of useful information and was extremely helpful. The room was small but modern and clean and very comfortable. The view of the lake was glorious. Lots of stairs unfortunately, but then Cannobio is full of climbs. Casa Baroli wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues. The breakfast buffet was extensive, catering for all tastes. WiFi was good and, joy of joys and unusual for France or Italy, there are tea & coffee making facilities in the dining room, available at all times. If we return to Lake Maggiore, we will stay here.

Casa Baroli B & B is one of those places that exceeds expectations. We had a lake view room with a compact modern ensuite. The foreshore lawn and seawall has a pebbled path leading to a stainless steel swim ladder - I had a chilly pre breakfast swim. Parking was available in close proximity on foreshore. Quiet location. We got special treatment with breakfast on the balcony facing to lake... so Romantic... In the evening wandering along the foreshore promenade to a wide selection of restaurants near the stone mini boat harbour.. watched the full moon rise over the lake.. Fantastic host. B & B with just 4 ensuite rooms (3 with lake views) The essence of B & B delights for 90 Euros a double... great value, great service, great location, great views, great host... wish we had more than 1 night.

My wife and I spent a 4D/3N at this lovely B&B and had a great time on Lake Maggiore!!||||The location of this B&B is fantastic - right on the lake (literally 20m from the water's edge!) and 2 min walk to the Cannobio town centre. ||||The room was small, but perfectly clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfasts were simple (salumi, cheese, croissant, coffee, fruit) but delicious and when combined with the fantastic and expansive views of the lake make for a really memorable experience.||||The host and staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful (even sorting out a small parking fine I received when there - take care on where you park and make sure its a "free" parking zone!). Made us feel very welcome.||||Overall we had a very nice stay at Casa Baroli!

We had a warm welcome in Casa Baroli. The room was quiet an clean. Today we enjoyed our breakfast on the little balcony with excellent view over the village and the lake. To relax on the beach directly in front of the house there are free beach chairs available from Casa Baroli. Can recommend the place very much.

On our annual drive back from Italy to Scotland we like to stop over in Cannobio at Lake Maggiore. Last year we camped (in the rain) this time we booked into Casa Baroli and what a find. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, when we were shown our room we thought we had won the lottery! The room was gorgeous and the balcony view was straight onto to the lake. I will be booking again for next year.

Maison au bord du lac. Accueil familial très chaleureux et empressé. La chambre était petite mais très propre , literie confortable. Vue magnifique sur le lac. Salle de bains très petite mais belle douche. Promenade le long du lac au pied de la maison. Bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu nous garer derrière la maison. Il est sans doute plus difficile de trouver un parking en haute saison
