The apartment was ideal. It had everything we needed and it was clean and well maintained. We loved the roof terrace which was a real treat.
The location is perfect and safe tucked between the quarter Spagnioli and Chiaia where there are an abundance of shops, restaurants and cafes. 5 mins walk from a choice of metro lines. Despite being central it was quiet in the apartment and on the roof terrace
The staff were friendly and helpful and even let us use their printer to print our tickets for the football. Sadly the match wasn't as good as it was a boring 0-0 draw.
My 1st experience of using mokka pot was trial and error but I am pleased to say I mastered it!

We arrived at Case Cosi Apartments at 10.15pm on a Wednesday night. We walked up Sergente Maggiore, quite a steep street, lined with bars shops and restaurants and were met at the door to Case Cosi. Despite our terrible Italian we paid city tax and a surcharge for our late arrival and were shown to our room, apartment 4. A nice little apartment with small living area, kitchen and bathroom and mezzanine bedroom. We were even treated to a bottle of fizz which was a nice touch.
Case Cosi Apartments are a fantastic base from which to see Naples, which is an amazing vibrant, mad, wonderful city. We also visited Amalfi, Sorrento, Capri, Ravello, Positano and went to Herculaneum on the train.
If we had to pick out any faults. the shower was tiny, the sink rocked forwards if you leaned on it, the bed frame, (which was only for decoration) fell apart two days in and the two chairs weren't the most comfortable.
That said we absolutely loved our stay at Case Cosi Apartments and would come back in an Italian heartbeat. It's in an authenticly Neopolitan location in the heart of the last great city in Europe, and the Amalfi coast needs to be on everyone's 'must see' list .

Great place! We stayed here on our trip to Naples, staff member Jose waited for us to check in as our flight didn’t arrive until 11pm, very well communicated through the WhatsApp number. Location was very central but didn’t feel unsafe, very clean and spacious apartments with all you could need (cleaning products, shampoo etc.) The walls were thin in our apartment so we did get some noise in the morning from other rooms, however this is expected in a busy central area apartment block.

My 9 YO kid and I spent 4 wonderful days at Case Cosi. We really loved the loft rooms, the helpfulness and the hospitality of everyone there (esp Ludvika), the proximity to great food, beach, transportation, and all the spots, and the peacefulness of staying there. Highly recommend for families!

Location is amazing and very close to most of the important points to be visited in Naples.
Service doesn’t exist so avoids this accommodation. They charge you extra if you arrive after 7pm. As they say it is in the terms and conditions the text with the small letters. In 2025 nobody wants to be scammed with someone providing a services and saying it is the text with small letters.
Rooms are not designed well. All the noise from under, above and sides can’t be missed.
I had experienced the same every night. Around 2:30am creaming laughing and excitement and at 4:30am laud banging and noise that wake you up. That continues to 6am and after you can sleep until the life on the street starts and it is hard to say the case cosi provided comfy sleeping to the guests.
Also beds are extremely uncomfortable with a metal mattress frame that moves all the time.
It will be good to look for a place with a slightly higher cost, but with better service and at least not constant noise during the night.

The location of this place was great for getting around town and close to the metro for exploring. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean.
