I've stayed at Executive in since the remodel and it's like a totally different motel. The rooms are clean and the service is spot on. I recommend it to anyone traveling to San Saba, Texas.. it's comfortable and affordable..

Have stayed here four separate times now over the past year, everyone is friendly, and the owners are constantly making improvements. We always have everything we need. Don't go by the old reviews, look at the recent ones. It's changed a lot, even in just a year. The rooms always smell nice, and the heat/cold work well and quickly. Also, the mattresses are pretty good. Pretty nice stay for the price.

Room and staff were great. It would be nice to have a workout place at the hotel. Just stayed at the hotel last month and again the room and staff are great. They went out of their way to help the entire team that was staying there. We look forward to staying again in May 2025.

Find somewhere else if you can. Room A/C is not adequate. Shower floor felt like I was about to fall through the bottom of the tub (I have no idea what was wrong here). Only one lock on the door and it was not a dead bolt. Was a lock that you would put on an interior door of a bathroom in your own home. I did not feel very secure at all. Ice machine looks as if it hadn't worked in year and no one made the effort to repair it. Had to wait 5 minutes for somebody to show up at the front desk so we could check in and no one showed up at check out. Just left our (regular door key on the counter), yes a regular door key that the previous occupant could duplicate then come back a few days later and steal everything in the room or worse !!!! FOR YOUR SAFETY SKIP THIS MOTEL.

Bed bugs, stains on beds, cigarette burns on bed ,disgusting carpet and worst of all as soon as I walked in I noticed a bath towel stuffed in the toilet.

My husband, my son, and I stayed here for 6 months. Our first issue was a literal cricket ? and beetle ? infestation. From them falling from the ceiling in the restroom ? to not being able to open the door without handfuls coming in. About 3 months in we kept hearing noises at night time. There was indeed a mouse in our room for 3 months! Not even 2 weeks later. ANOTHER MOUSE! ? Not even a week after that ANOTHER MOUSE! 3 mice, Bed bugs, crickets even caught my toddler playing with a scorpion in the room! In 6 months they cleaned our room TWICE!!! ✌️ I was SWEEPING the carpet and buying my own cleaner, bug spray and mouse traps. Don’t waste ur time especially if u got kids we paid 1500$ a month! Never ever ever again. Also hunting happens right behind the motel bc that’s county line ?

The price was extremely affordable and the people were nice. Ours rooms were clean. I seen some upgrades since the last time we came. You can tell the owner's are trying. I'm always willing to try to help out mom & pop business. Thank you for keeping your prices affordable.

The front desk guy was comical and nice. Room was basic and window unit cooled room after about 15-20 minutes with outside temperature over 90*. Room has mini fridge with freezer and microwave, cable and WiFi. Price was comparable and decent. Nothing fancy but a clean place to lay your head and shower before getting back on road. I would stay here again.
