Ended up staying 19 days at Joli Park Hotel Gallipoli. The staff was incredible and sweet and helped me out with everything🙏 First there were some mismatch with my booking and room (with no balcony which I had specified), so I got another room in 6th floor with a big balcony with sun all day! Additionally I got extended my stay with the same room in a busy period! The room was perfect for 1, one single comfy bed, 2 big pillows, closet, small fridge, desk, TV, and a bathroom. I did not find the shower as little as other people comment.. The room was cleaned every day! The breakfast included i.e. pasticciotto 😋 cornetti, cake, etc, gluten free alternatives, ham/cheese, jam, nutella, tomatoes, bread, water and juices (pineapple delicious), coffee machines, tea, yoghurt, milk, fruit, eggs. You could even take your breakfast up to your room and eat on your balcony🤗 I got my waterbottle filled during breakfast in the morning with fresh cold water😊 The only thing is that there can be lot of ants, but they help you with it if gets too many😊 Air conditioning was good (but make a lot of noise if full power), The location were great, close to everything, 5 min to closest sea-swimming-place (if stones are ok), supermarket just across the street, old town 20-25 min walk away. Close to bars, cafes, shopping, busstation and everything. Nice to run along the beachside and through the old town. There is also parking at the hotel (free), and I had a car for 2.5 days and got space every night. I will definitely come back one day 🤗🤩

Reception staff were helpfull enough although we had to ask for the aircon to be put on in our room and initially we were told that wasn't possible. |The room was basic but clean however the bathroom was ridiculously small. We had to squeeze around the loo to step into the shower and the bidet was so close to the shower it would be impossible to use. I asked if we could move to a room with a larger bathroom and I was told they were all the same so beware if you are a normal or large size adult. |Hotel was around 800m from the start of the old town and there was plenty of parking at the hotel as we were in low season.|On the positive side the restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful and the little apple pir served at breakfast were delicious.|Joli Park was just 'ok' but I wouldn't stay there again.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the distance from the city centre and the pool. It needs an urgent makeover. The staff at the reception needs to be updated. We asked information about transport and weren't able to help. When I asked them if they could check on the Internet they said WE CANNOT. And to top it all up the girl behind the reception counter even exclaimed CHE PAZZIENZA!!! When we talked to the manager he said MAYBE SHE HAD A BAD DAY. Not professional at all

The restaurant service is excellent, especially for people with food intolerances. In my case gluten and histamin. That is very complicated but the Maitrê Alessandro Isaia was very attentive and helpful and always had some gluten-free options!

They cancelled our reservation without explanation. I tried calling them three times. The first time they told me they did not speak English and hung up. The second time around, the same thing happened after some redirection to some people who should speak English. They tried for the third time to explain why my reservation was cancelled, but when I asked if I could book and they had availability, they hung up. Avoid at all costs; it ruined our holiday because we needed to book something and there were not many hotels available.

Clean and comfortable stay in Gallipoli.

While not the newest of hotels in the city, Joli Park was clean, comfortable and easy to access. With lots of free and paid street parking surrounding the hotel made it a great location to explore the new and old town. The room we had was large and had a good sized bathroom. Great staff at the front desk and the breakfast was decent (although very Italian - cakes and crossiants 😉)

I arrived at this hotel looking forward to a nice relaxing visit to Gallipoli. Upon arrival, the outside of the hotel looked ok. That all changed when I seen the tiny sing bedroom I had been allocated. I could hear the room next door blaring music. The walls were paper thin. You could hear every word from the room next door. There were two of us staying in two seperate single rooms. We advised the hotel that we weren't happy with the quality of the accomodation and that we would be leaving the next day. We asked could they refund one night and they refused stating we had booked the lowest rate. Unfortunately, the product on offer is of such low quality, we were just glad to be leaving. We found a lovely hotel not so far away that was miles better. Never accept bad quality hotels.

Arrived after a long and hot bike trip for 6+ hours. Hotel was located in the middle of a cross-roads and therefore noisy even on 5.th floor.||AC was not turned on (usual excuse, not hot enough.. Well 28-30 degrees for a week is hot enough for me). Due to traffic noise it was not possible to keep the door open so sleep was really poor. ||It it is not echonomially viable to keep the AC on with 30 deg. C they should seriously consider closing until high-season.||Breakfast was not impressive and breakfast room looked like a 60s sanatorium.
