Absolutely lovely place to stay, just sorry we didn't stay long enough to use all the facilities there. The children were straight in the hammocks and we made use of the fire pit in the apple orchard. The house itself has been beautifully restored and it's amazing. Just wish we had more time. The kids and adults all loved the pool. Stunning scenery from all aspects. We could not fault it. Apart from one thing, we don't live there!

Launceston Farm and the Bothy were perfect for our multi-generational family group of 8 adults and 7 children ages 18 months to 12 years. The house is so spacious, with all bedrooms en suite and the different lounges enabled us to have separate adult and children’s areas. The table football was very popular! The outside space is amazing, cricket and croquet on the lawn, so many places to sit or laze in a hammock and the younger children loved the play area. Although the weather was kind to us, we still made use of the indoor pool every day. The Bothy was ideal for us as grandparents to have our own space (including the outdoor bath!) We did all our own catering for the week, which was no problem with such a well-equipped kitchen, the dining room seated us all at the splendid long table and we had a BBQ including the farm’s own burgers from their onsite shop. Home-made cake and a few other goodies to welcome us. We hope this won’t be the last time we stay there.

Launceston Farm is a truly wonderful place. It far exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family and it provided us with an exceptional experience. The bedrooms in the farmhouse and cottages are gorgeous and the lounges provide ample space for everyone. With the weather being so good we spent most of our time in the beautiful garden and orchard playing croquet and other games and also enjoyed the heated indoor swimming pool. |Sarah provide us with a delicious home-cooked dinner on one night which we can thoroughly recommend. |There were 16 of us and a baby and we had a magical weekend.

This is a superb house with beautiful grounds, perfect for a family gathering. There is plenty of space both inside and outside and it’s all beautifully restored and a joy to stay there. We were there for a wedding in the area and filled the house with our wider family, couldn’t have been more perfect. We took the Bothy and Flint too, both absolutely beautifully presented. Highly recommend and we very much hope to return one day.

This is a terrific house with beautiful grounds and a lovely indoor pool. There is plenty of space for all with all the facilities plus family activities. We had a family get together and would recommend to all as the family, especially the grandchildren, loved it. It suits such an event whatever the weather.

This was our second visit to Launceston Farm house. We first had 3 days during October half term and then came back for all of May half term.We are 3 generations- 2 grandparents, 2 Mums 2 Dads and 4 children 4,5,7 and 9. We all love the house but the children absolutely love the freedom of the huge garden and of course the pool. The surrounding area also has pleasures for all ages. Grandparents loved Sculpture by the Lakes and grand children loved running around Bradbury Rings.

I recently hosted a yoga and writing retreat at Launceston Farm, utilising the Farmhouse and the Workshop. What can I say? It was perfect. The most stunning venue with everything (and more!) that we could possibly want. The guests loved it and couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the space (both inside and outside) was. They particularly loved the option of going for a swim and sauna in between sessions! The Workshop was wonderful and ideal for yoga, aerial and writing practices. I couldn't recommend it more and will absolutely be back again!

Wow! This beautifully decorated one level’Bothy’ was an absolute joy. We stayed with our 2 dogs for 3 nights last week and it was absolutely lovely. We literally had the run of the place as we had the immaculate farm to ourselves and were able to enjoy the fabulous pool and Sauna at anytime. There are usually 3 allocated time slots per day for each of the 3 accommodations. The courtyard bath was gorgeous and even though the weather wasn’t ideal it was still a great experience. The farm walk to the pub set us up for a big lunch and it was a very easy quick walk back along the road. I would recommend a torch if it’s dark just to alert any cars that you’re there. I would say we also very much appreciated the yummy homemade cake and basket of goodies too. We also bought some sirloin steaks which were absolutely delicious too. We will definitely be booking again and ordering some more of their beef as well!!!
