Resort bellissimo, arredi curati nei minimi dettagli, hall di grande impatto, fantastica, camere molto confortevoli, televisori enormi, piscine da urlo....personale disponibile e molto gentile.
La pulizia nelle camere lascia molto a desiderare. Siamo arrivati e già c’erano capelli in giro, dopo due giorni si erano aggiunti anche i nostri....

Outstanding service!

My family (16 adults and children and 4 fur babies) had to evacuate our homes during hurricane Milton, so we came here. So happy they had availability for us to all be together!! The resort was perfect. They have great food options, lots of space to explore, live music, and are extremely pet friendly. The kids loved the arcade and pool area. Also, the staff kept everyone happy, informed, and safe. They were understanding, kind, and helpful.
We will all definitely visit again!

I won a 3 day 2 night stay during a public event here in March. We were so excited to experience this beautiful resort. Upon arriving, we realized that the wrong dates were reserved and we were a day early. Nataly was amazing at getting the error fixed! We were greeted with smiles and the tastiest rum punch. The facility is beautiful!! Our room was bright, extremely clean, and welcoming with water, coffee, tea, and a tv and tablet with personalized greetings. The pool is beyond incredible! We love it here!

I absolutely love this resort. I wish I could spend more time. My sister loves it.

We both loved the beds since they were so comfortable. We love the bathroom, even the sink with mermaid tails. We do like the shower, but we weren't sure about the shower head.

Also, we love the balcony of where we can sit outside and enjoy it.

Also, we love the location because it was easy to walk to the Sunset Walk. We love the decor in the lobby and the room.

We definitely want to come back next year!

My husband and I just returned from spending 5 days at the resort. We had an amazing time. We stayed in a cottage. The resort is immaculately clean and beautiful with so much to do. We rented a cabana for a day at the pool, highly recommend. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Restaurants were awesome with great food and service. I can go on and on. Cannot wait to go back.

We came here after not having power for days after Hurricane Milton. We had to bring our dogs, and we're happy it is a pet friendly hotel. They offer free pet stays for hurricane relief. Its unfortunate that because we came here after the hurricane, we did not qualify for no pet fees. $75 per day. We still have no power, and our dogs are already comfortable here, so we won't leave, but I do think they should give us the hurricane relief for our dogs. It is nice that there is no carpet and the doors open to the outside so we don't have to walk the dogs through the main hotel. The stairwell does not open with our key, so we have to walk the dogs down to the main elevator, but that is just a minor inconvenience. The grounds of the hotel are nice, with a lot of grass and open areas to walk the dogs. There is, of course, dog poop in some areas because of irresponsible dog owners. The pool is nice with a bar for drinks. The staff is friendly and our room is clean. Also, room service is nice with delivery from some local restaurants.
