Beautiful place. Very quiet, cabin was nice & the beds were very comfortable. Lovely sandy beach & clear water. Flat land so easy walking for us seniors!! Thank you Jeff you have a beautiful campground.

We stayed in the campsites , they were a good size. The site had power with water near by. The bathroom had flush toilets and were kept very clean.

Friendly staff. The ground are very clean; I was pleasantly surprised that the very sandy campground did not translate to a very sandy public washroom. The beach is ideal, we never had to fight for a spot and the water never left one wanting for refreshment. Overall, very beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. A great little spot to get away from ordinary life. But also, they have surprisingly good cell reception, if you don't want to stray too far from ordinary life.

This was our second year at Northern Cross. It is a great place for our group which requires both campsites and cabins. The cabin we stayed in has very comfortable beds and some of the furniture had been updated since our last visit. The beach is a short walk which is great for the kids. There is fuel on site and it is a short drive to town if you forgot something. The lake and area is beautiful and the fishing has been very good for us. We are looking forward to coming back this summer!!

I spent a week last summer at Northern Cross Resort with a large group. Jeff and Jeannine were very accommodating to us on short notice. We were all able to camp close to one another. The kids rode their bikes and enjoyed the play structure provided. The beach was well cared for with lots of space. The public washrooms were clean. The cabin was very basic; however, it contains all the necessities and the beds were comfortable. My recommendations for a quick spruce up of the Emma cabin would be updating the furniture and bathroom flooring as well as providing a pantry to tuck away groceries. Northern Cross is a great place to camp when you are looking for a mix of campsites and cabins. We are looking forward to returning again this year!

We have been coming to northern cross resort for over 20 years and it has become a yearly vacation that my kids and I look forward to every year. The lake is clear and beautiful. We love to swim and do water sports and most of all fish! Our hosts Jeff and Jeannine are the best!! The resort is very clean, lots of trees and everything is in walking distance!!! Our little piece of heaven on earth!

I recently rented a cabin with a group. The staff and owners were very nice and accommodating. We asked to add extra adults and our dog and they obliged (for an extra charge). The cabin was rustic, but nice and comfortable. The beds were fantastic and my only complaint about the cabin itself was that the floors were very sandy when we arrived. We had to sweep before we could settle in.
The resort is situated very close to the lake, which is huge and beautiful. The cabins are situated within the quite open RV park so there is not a lot of privacy either way you decide to stay (camp or cabin). We found that everything we wanted to do in the area was a drive so prepare for that if you stay here (golf, hiking, boat rental). Overall, it was an enjoyable stay in a gorgeous area.
