Siamo di ritorno da un soggiorno di 10 gg al Reunion resort e le nostre valutazioni sono assolutamente positive . Abbiamo affittato un appartamento di tre camere al secondo piano della palazzina G dell'Herritage Crossing da un privato ,dopo aver controllato le recensioni lasciate da precedenti visitatori sul sito Vrbo . L'appartamento era perfetto, mobili di qualità nuovi,la cucina sufficientemente attrezzata ,letti comodi . Ideale per famiglie con bambini,anche bebè . Il proprietario fornisce lettino,carrozzina,seggiolone . La collocazione è magnifica,di fronte ai campi da golf ,con terrazzi panoramici. Il Reunion è una grande struttura gestita dal gruppo Wyndham,ideale per golfisti,ma anche per famiglie o gruppi che vogliono visitare i vicini parchi Disney . Numerose piscine,assolutamente tranquille e un parco acquatico (a pagamento per i non soci) dove rilassarsi o divertirsi .I prrezzi in questa stagione ,agosto-settembre,molto buoni.Abbiamo pagato un promedio di $100 Usd al giorno,incluse tasse e pulizia finale.||Consigliabile!

Resort composta da albergo con corpo centrale e molte ville di varie dimensioni da affittare anche per brevi periodi, assolutamente da consigliare. Hanno tre percorsi da 18 Holes ciascuno, tutti molto scenografici e ben tenuti, assolutamente da giocare !!

The resort is beautiful and the facilities are great. Our villa was spacious and in a good location. So why 3 stars? |On our first day we notified the front desk our phone was out of order and requested extra supplies. 3 days later. No phone and no supplies. |They advertise a free shuttle to get around. They picked us up quickly and deposited us a mile away from our condo. It started raining. We called for pickup. We have been waiting 20 minutes. The app keeps switching up. Waiting for driver. 56 minutes until pickup. Really? |So, don’t depend on the front desk to resupply your condo or fix broken things. Abs never depend on the shuttle for a ride.

We got one of the two bedroom villas. It was very nice and overlooked the course. Due to the hurricane one course was closed but the other two were very nice and well maintained despite the devastating storm. The only complaint I have is that the onsite Starbucks doesn't open until an hour after the clubhouse. I would have much rather had a Starbucks before my tee times than the stuff in the urn the clubhouse had.

Booked our stay almost a year ago. A few weeks ago we received a notification that the water park would be closed during our stay. The main reason we chose this resort was to use the water park. I tried to cancel our reservation and they wouldn’t cancel or change our reservation to another property with a pool even though I purchased trip insurance. During our stay in the co so high rise we tried to use the roof pool which had green and slimy water. We went to the Eagles pool o e day which was ok. We tried to go back another day and it was closed for a private event. We tried to go again to the roof pool but it closes at 4 for dinner. We tried to take the shuttle to one of the other pools but they never came to pick us up. Unless you are renting a home with a pool, I would not recommend this resort. They also don’t supply basic essentials like toilet paper and they do t sell any on their small shop in the lobby. This reunion really caters to big groups and not families. They also advertise that you can watch the Disney fireworks and while technically true, they are really too far away to see them.

First of all the location is too congested in that area too difficult to get around. The resort being cashless was annoying. The Villa was not great the air filter was filthy there was no air in the two rooms the coffee pot was broken. Golf course was nice but the golf club for lunch was terrible. I would not return to this Resort. So I receive a reply that "you're sorry" Wow thanks!!!!

This was our first time staying here and it was excellent! I’m sure experiences vary pending if staying in a rental house vs hotel on the premises, but our stay was excellent! I love the shuttle service that takes you around the resort. The water park alone is worth staying here if you have kids! It’s close to everything so any restaurant or park is only 15-45 minutes away. Definitely considered coming back and staying again!

We chose this resort to stay at each time we visited Florida. We’ve stayed here four years in a row and like it. Our last stay was miserable. The room was not suitable for small children.
We had brought our daughter on her birthday to enjoy Disney, but unfortunately she hurt herself and scared her face on the glass sheets on the tables. The negligence of reunion resort and their cleaning crew have not made the effort to make sure the glass sheets are secure on the tables and desks. The glass was moved and sticking out in a corner which caused my child’s injury. Rather than having a celebration for her birthday that night, we ended up in the emergency room getting stitched on her face. We specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi as we do every year my spouse and I, but the jacuzzi in the room we stayed this year was running orange water (rust in the pipes) and we did not feel safe using it. The shower water is not filtered and left our hair stiff and unhealthy. The front door was cracked through the middle where the locks are making the door unable to lock putting us all in danger. We had two incidents where someone was trying to break into our room. We filed all these incidents and reunion did nothing make it right. They didn’t even offer us a new room to stay in until we asked them if they’d be courteous enough to put us and our small child out of harms and dangers way and into a safer room. After we were told there’s no other available rooms at first, we were then offered two rooms that looked exactly the same as the one we were staying in. We kindly declined because we believed the rooms had the same risks as the one we stayed at judging by the pictures.
I called reunion a few days after our stay ended to have someone try to make this right for us as we felt like we wasted our money and trip this year. Instead of sympathy and the eagerness to keep a returning yearly customer, I was yelled at and disrespected by a “supervisor” when I was rightfully angry and unhappy about our situation. I was beyond angry at the way I was spoken to and disrespected over the phone by the resort supervisor. This made my and my husband’s decision to never book here in the future even easier. I was told “it wasn’t reunions fault” that I experienced rust in my water, a broken, unsafe door that wouldn’t lock, and glass sticking out due to their negligence. I guess it was my fault ‍♀️

We were beyond upset with reunions lack in effort to make this right for us as loyal customers. We’ve decided to not stay at reunion anymore and chose a new resort with a better reputation to stay at next year and the following years.
