Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti in questa villa e devo dire che in nessun altro posto ho mai trovato una pulizia così perfetta: la casa pareva nuova!!||Noi eravamo in 7 e ognuno aveva i suoi spazi e la sua privacy.||Inoltre era dotata di tutto: lavatrice, asciugatrice, microonde, lavastoviglie, play station, supperto per I-pod.....la lista sarebbe veramente troppo lunga!||Dato che le nostre giornate erano belle piene gli unici a godere la piscina in tarda serata erano i bambini, che ne sono rimasti, comunque, ben soddisfatti.||||La casa è anche meglio delle foto che trovate nel sito internet e anche la posizione del resort è tranquilla ma relativamente vicina a tutte le attrazioni di Orlando.||Il resort stesso è molto ben strutturato e dispone di una piscina comune centrale, palestra, sala giochi...e ultimo ma non meno importante è sorvegliato 24h su 24h: entra e esce solo chi ha il pass (quindi risiede) o chi viene autorizzato da un residente.||||Ritengo questa un'ottima soluzione con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.||||Piccola curiosità: tutte le costruzioni del resort e penso tutte le belle costruzioni che si vedono in giro per la Florida sono in plastica/pvc...con mia grande sorpresa ho scoperto che i vetri non erano di vetro, i davanzali non erano di marmo.......sembra di stare nella casa delle bambole (penso che sia dovuto agli uragani)

We had an amazing stay here. We rented an air bnb and it was perfect. Our house was clean, well cared for, and stocked with everything. The pool was clean and a good temperature. Location to fun stuff was just minutes away. The bar tender at the tiki bar was incredibly friendly and made amazing piña coladas. We loved that they had a beautiful zero entry pool, hot tub, activities for the kids, ducks, and just a beautiful resort. We plan to return again someday!

Killed a German cockroach after finding it in the silverware drawer. $25 non refundable gate fee.
Unfortunately after Hurricane Milton the pool pumps broke, so we didn’t get to swim.. just pay the extra for a closer Disney resort with working amenities.
The pro was that it was quiet… but it definitely needs updating.

Air BNB was very nice . The kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking- keurig, air fryer , standard coffee pot , knives - the works. I like that in a place! Nice floor plan, plenty of space for us. The place is decorated simple but nice. Tile floors and hardwoods throughout. Great laundry room and guest bath downstairs . We loved our stay. Thank you so much for opening your home to us for our stay!? Close to Walt Disney and Disney Springs! We had a blast !?

This resort/subdivision is located pretty far all of the main attractions in Orlando. The resort does not have many amenities, so our stay was pretty boring. We rented a 4 bedroom unit and it was nicely decorated, but the pool had some major issues and needed upgrading. The resort itself has 1 pool for the community to share, which was very small. The resort is gated, but you will be charged a fee of $25 per vehicle to obtain an access card. The internet is horrible and goes down sporadically throughout the day, so if you need to work remotely, this is not the place. It takes literally 15-20 minutes to drive to a grocery store. The area seem is not maintained. The highways had so many potholes, which also need attention.

The rooms, location, and front staff very satisfactory. Problem is you may have neighbors that blast music from morning until late night with no breaks, loud large parties etc. Took the family to the clubhouse pool and you deal with guys openly smoking weed. I left NY for a vacation, not to feel like I never left the city. Clean this place up Terra Verde.

Terra Verde is wonderful. We had a very enjoyable stay. We thought there was one way in and out however there is a side street that takes you right behind Medieval Times. Walmart and all parks are close. House was large and accommodated everyone. Our only issue was the driveway was not large and we all had trucks. They barely fit. Then there was an unnecessary huge bush which was a hinderance to get in and out of vehicle. There was no pool table rack. Tried finding one at Walmart to donate but they didn’t have anything. One concern was all yards were soggy. Soggy to the point not drying out within a day or a few hours. I would be very concerned owning a house there as Florida has sink holes. The club house pool was beautiful although our house had a pool but I just wanted to try it out. Hot tub was pleasant. We will try staying here again in the future. Loved it. If I had anything bad to say it would be the front mulch. Would over flow into the front entry way. We had to do many sweeps of the broom inside and out. I tried to sweep the mulch into a hill leaving a gully for rain water to accumulating without overflowing onto the sidewalk. This helped but with no room in the drive way we had to walk over the mulch. Stepping stones would be a great asset.

The owner was very responsive with the reservation process. I loved the location, and the room was clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay here to Universal Studio. Highly recommend!
