Condomínio muito organizado, apartamento bem cuidado, com excelente espaço e locatário sempre com informações em tempo real dando suporte até sua chegada a cidade e se colocando à disposição para auxiliar.

Great location and Publix is close by! The pool area is nice and the bar is at the pool area. The cabanas were relaxing and kept the sun off us. The floor and walls are super thin. Depending on where you are staying, you can hear the cars on the highway. The people above us walked all night until 4am.

Fantastic property for your dream Orlando / Disney vacation.
It is perfectly located in a quiet area but close to everything. Minutes from Disneyland.

El lugar queda en el centro de todos los parques, nos hospedamos por 10 días y realmente fue excepcional. La casa contaba con 2 baños, 3 cuartos, sofá cama, balcón cubierto, sala, comedor y cocina, incluso contaba con lavadora y secadora personal. El complejo ofrecía piscina, gimnasio, tenía un restaurante y área para picnic. El precio fue muy bueno para todo lo q ofrecían. Y si quieren saber como lo encontré fue por la aplicación de booking ?

Located near to I-4 and not far from the parks very convenient and has restaurants and supermarkets near. Very nice amenities also has a small restaurant if you decide not to leave the area. Staid on an Airbnb which was great very comfortable with space for between 7 to 8 people to stay.

Somewhat quiet resort. Rooms are average with minimal supplies. Very thin walls and floors so you can hear voices and footsteps. Pool is nice but no pool towels and it is heated but the “hot” tub is cold!!! Complained but no resolution after three days. Office in main building is only open 8am-1pm Mon-Fri. Maintenance (subcontractor) workers are everywhere blocking entrances, parking spots and roads. Location is convenient to parks and shopping.

THESE ARE APARTMENTS THAT PEOPLE LIVE IN! NOT A TIMESHARE!
these are NOT a RCI owned complex. RCI and Airbnb, VRBO get these apartments through a third party/Tropical Escapes. You self check-in. You are on your own. There is no welcome package, map etc. You will not have any extra towels or dish soap etc.
The place is on the level of a highway motel 8. The room smelled of moth balls, because maintainance put them in there to keep bugs away, smelled HORRIBLE! Called a number of times (7 day rental) because it was nauseating. Customer service said they would have them removed. Never happened. Restaurant was over priced gas station food. I had one "cocktail' for $16..... last one I had. Never did find movie theater nor "grill" area. The playground was small and we wouldn't have found if we didn't ask resident were garbage containers where. Poor maintain property and rooms all around. When we arrive I was telling my husband on phone how underwhelming it was. Resident over heard me and asked if she could record me and send it to the property owners. Because the people that actually live there have complained to them about the lack of care of the property. They also don't like a good majority of people there now is vacationers not "home" owner and they are being forgotten. ONLY thing that saved this for completely sucking n being a zero star is the pool wasn't bad. My MIL pays for RCI timeshare and she had to pay $1000+ for this place JUST because it wasn't a " RCI" run complex. Wasn't worth the price and it shows it's " close" mileage wise BUT driving it....stop and go so really not saving by $$$. Took 45mins to get to Legoland but like 25mils away?‍♀️
