Condivido la mia esperienza negativa in questo hotel consigliato da un agenzia di viaggi . A partire dalla pulizia delle camere sporchissime , trovando ancora in bagno sul contorno dei lavandini la barba di qualcuno che si è rasato , abbiamo fatto esposto del problema in reception ma nessuno ci ha aiutato , siamo restati per due notti e quando siamo ritornati dai parchi la camera non era stata pulita infatti non la puliscono . Staff senza voglia di lavorare , la piscina di un colore giallo chiaro , sporchissima per non parlare della colazione , meglio affidarsi ma starbucks presente in hotel forse l’unica cosa positiva . Dai parchi e distante 30 minuti , strada sempre trafficata e con i lavori in corso d’opera … sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel , meglio spendere qualcosa in più ma prendere quelli all’interno dei parchi Universal a mio parere stupendi

Visited this hotel for our 2 week Orlando trip as we were on a slight budget, but we were not disappointed at all. |We stayed here for 2 weeks and would return to this hotel! The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and tidy, with cleaners in the room everyday replacing towels and bed sheets. The amenities for the hotel are great and I think we used the Starbucks in the lobby everyday! Hotel guests also get discount in the Starbucks! Having the pizza place in the hotel was great as we often got in late at night and very hungry after a full day at the parks! |When we stayed one of the pools was closed due to it being refurbed so only had use of one but that was plenty. My partner used the gym a few times and was pleased with the equipment in there. The bar was cheap for drinks which was great and the location of this hotel is brilliant! There is an IHOP across the street and a super Walmart. I booked this hotel mainly for the included transportation to the parks which saved us a lot of money on Ubers. The only thing I would advise is that there is only 1 bus to each place in the morning and 1 bus back which can be inconvenient due to the timings so we made up for this with Ubers but this is not a regular shuttle service.

Stayed at this hotel during Hurricane Milton (since I live in Tampa) and I truly cannot find one nice thing to say outside of there is a good amount food options and activities near. I should have paid closer attention (and believed) the reviews. There was no mention of a "Resort Fee" when I was booking, but of course the email confirmation stated one. When I arrived, I asked about the resort fee and was told "Oh yea, we need to fix that". I'm sorry, what?! The carpet was so gross, I wore socks the entire time because my feet felt grimy. I could hear EVERYTHING. People in the hall, guests on either side of the room. Seemed like the walls were made of paper. Dirty pool (and hot tub), and trash laying around. Under no circumstances would I ever stay here again. Highly suggest a different location because even if you find a room at a very low rate, just wait for that resort fee...

Truly enjoyed our recent Florida District Pilot Club Fall Council at the Wyndham! We have been at this facility many times before under previous owners. . The beautiful renovations throughout are lovely! The food service, which included a happy hour buffet, breakfast and lunch buffets and a delicious banquet meal were all among the best I have experienced in many years of attending in nc conferences. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. A special shout out to David at the front desk for both his helpfulness and charm! Hope our group rebooks with you soon!

Spacious and clean King room, with a nice wide tub. Not quite soaking but still enjoyable after a long day of walking in Disney. Plus virtual check in, pet friendly hotel, bar & grille open certain hrs, and simple check out. Budget friendly, within affordable uber ride to Disney and around a local Walmart and delicious restaurants.

Great hotel with clean rooms. The elevators in the north tower are a bit scary and seem to jump or lurch before the door closes and in-between floors. The bartender was slow as molasses and didn't have the ingredients to make the most basic of drinks, an old fashioned. I did try their AI bartender who made a decent drink but no whiskey options. That was an interesting experience. The morning breakfast was really good. Great value for what you get and close to the parks! There's even a TARDIS from Doctor Who for some reason in the dining area.
